Major Korean Cultural Agencies to Attend

the FILMART 2010 in Hong Kong


Korea's two major cultural promotion agencies, along with three individual exhibitors, are going to take part in the film and music business networking event scheduled for March in Hong Kong.

Korean Film Council(KOFIC), for the nine consecutive year, will form a group pavilion for the nine companies, including Busan Film Commission, in the space of 90 square meters, and Korea Creative Content Agency(KOCCA) will take the space of 72 square meters to accommodate another 15 Korean exhibitors,including KBS Media, under the roof of its separate pavilion.

They are the two governmental agencies responsible for promoting Korean cultural contents such as film, music, and animation in the world market.

The three other Korean individual companies are CJ Entertainment, Showbox and Finecut.

The three companies will occupy more than 70 square meters of booth space in the FILMART 2010.

The Korean exhibitors are aiming at negotiations and contracts with leading international buyers and investors who will visit the fair during the global marketing event in Hong Kong.
