The German trade show organizer, Deutsche Messe, launches an international machinery trade fair, one of the Hannover Messe worldwide series exhibitions, in Russia in December this year.

The company that has been successful in organizing WIN India and WIN Turkey will be introducing the machinery business networking event into the industrialized country.

The new show - WIN Russia Ural - is to be born from the old “Ural Metal Expo?that has been held over the past decade.

The city of Yekaterinburg where the fair will take place in December is the main industrial and cultural center in Russia, located in the middle of the Eurasian continent on the border of Europe and Asia.

Many international exhibitors, including Emerson of USA, ABB Ltd of Swiss, Linde AG of Germany, and Mitsui and Sumitomo of Japan, have already submitted their applications for the spaces.

IPR Group, Korean representative for the German organizer, has begun to promote and sell the exhibition spaces to Korean machine and metal suppliers.

As Russia is one of Korea's strategic export markets for machinery and steel products, many of them are expected to apply for their exhibition booths to develop the Russian market.
