Robert Priest-Heck,
Chief Executive Officer


Robert Priest-Heck is Chief Executive Officer of Medialive International Inc., the world leading producer of information technology tradeshows, conferences, publications, and other media and services. A privately held company formed on the assets of Key3Media in June 2003, Medialive owns such renowned brands as COMDEX, NetWorld+Interop, JavaOne, BioSecurity, Business Communications Review magazine, the Seybold Seminars and Consulting Group, the NGN Conference Series, and Medialive Studios.

Funded by Thomas Weisel Capital Partners, Medialive has more than 350 employees worldwide with headquarters in San Francisco and domestic offices in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles and, Media, Penn. The Company international headquarters are in London, with satellite offices in Paris, Beijing, Sweden, Tokyo and Toronto.

Mr. Priest-Heck is charged with leading an experienced, invigorated executive team to broker discussions about technology, helping the IT community make smarter development, marketing and buying decisions. Under Mr. Priest-Heck guidance, Medialive has developed a new corporate brand identity. He has defined Medialive mission to re-setting industry benchmarks to connecting buyers and sellers in a meaningful, ongoing way. He is the driving force behind Medialive commitment to quality and customer service.

Mr. Priest-Heck experience with Medialive brands extends back to its early days as ZD Events, where since 1991, he helped build the world largest IT event marketing company. As operational strategist, Mr. Priest-Heck orchestrated the acquisition and consolidation of the brands that today comprise Medialive greatest assets.

He launched its successful Studios division, which produces client events such as JavaOne. Working with founder Jonathan Seybold, Mr. Priest-Heck was responsible for transforming the Seybold brand into a complete resource for media professionals. His in-depth knowledge of the event business, publishing industry and cross media space resulted in Seybold365.com; a venture that combines the core elements of Seybold Seminars, Publishing and Consulting. Today, Seybold365.com provides full-scale solutions and a year-round global community for the publishing industry.

Serving in a variety of positions, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Operations and Director of International Operations, Mr. Priest-Heck was a key architect of a roll-up strategy that merged the Company Seybold Seminars and Interop divisions with its COMDEX division. Prior to joining ZD Events, Mr. Priest-Heck held a variety of senior management positions with Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

Michael Millikin,
Senior Vice President, COMDEX, NetWorld+Interop and BioSecurity Group

Since June of 2002, Michael Millikin has led the worldwide COMDEX, NetWorld+Interop and BioSecurity teams. Mr. Millikin has extensive experience in high-tech face-to-face marketing and publishing. While at Ziff-Davis, he served as the vice president and general manager of NetWorld+Interop, the flagship event of the networking industry. At Ziff-Davis, he also acted as Vice President, worldwide programs of Interop. Earlier in his career, Mr. Millikin was the Vice President and Chief Technologist of Patricia Seybold's Office Computing Group where he got his start in 1982 as an editor and consultant for Seybold Publications.

Prior to joining Medialive, Mr. Millikin acted as an independent business and communications consultant and provided services to high-tech and healthcare companies including Accumedia, OnBoard Information and HIMSS. Mr. Millikin has also served as a Senior Vice President at Red Herring Communications, the technology and investment media company. Prior to Red Herring, Mr. Millikin served as the Vice President of Business Development and Operations at Pilot Network Services, a secure Internet Service Provider.

Sherry Huss,
Senior Vice President, Seybold Seminars, Java One, Studios, Global Solutions Marketing Group

As Senior Vice President, Global Solutions Marketing Group, Sherry Huss leads Seybold Conference and Seminars, JavaOne, and Medialive Studios, its custom marketing program for companies like Sun, Oracle and IBM. Seybold Conference and Seminars is a influential community for media and creative professionals to establish standards, analyze market opportunities and showcase new publishing and visual communications technology and methods. Since March 1996, Ms. Huss has been a driving force behind the success of the premier JavaOne conference, the world leading source of high-quality Java education for Java developers and influencers.

Prior to joining Medialive, Ms. Huss served as the director of electronic publishing for Ziff-Davis Consumer Media Group and was responsible for the development and launch of Ziff-Davis?consumer publications?online position. She has also managed marketing, sales and operations for Addison-Wesley Publishing, Power Up Software, PC-SIG and Shareware Magazine. Active in the new media developer community and an entrepreneur, Ms. Huss served as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Multimedia Development Group in the Bay Area and as co-founder and Vice President of Ibis software. Ms. Huss has served on the faculty at San Francisco State University in the Multimedia Studies department.

Jerry Goldstone, President and Founder, Business Communications Review

Senior Vice President Jerry Goldstone leads the Business Communications Review Group at Medialive International, Inc. Mr. Goldstone joined the Company in 2001 when it was acquired BCR Enterprises Inc., the publishing group he founded in 1971. Medialive's BCR division publishes Business Communications Review, a monthly magazine on telecommunications and networking; produces several industry conferences, including VoiceCon? Next Generation Networks?and NGN Ventures; and conducts training courses in network technologies.

Mr. Goldstone background over 30 years?experience in the magazine publishing and event management field.

Kim Myhre,
President, International

As President of Medialive, Kim Myhre has responsibility for the development and management of Medialive business in Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia and Latin America. Since November 2001, he has overseen the Company worldwide network of offices, partnerships and sales affiliates, and has responsibility for international business strategy and development. He has specialized in developing and managing brand strategy and has consulted with many leading companies around the world.

Prior to November 2001, Mr. Myhre was President of COMDEX with responsibility for evolving the COMDEX brand on a worldwide basis. Prior to his work with COMDEX, Mr. Myhre was Executive Vice President of ZD Studios, the consulting and custom marketing division of Ziff Davis Publishing. Before joining Ziff Davis, he served as Senior Vice President of International Data Group (IDG) Marketing Services EMEA, where he was responsible for developing consulting and marketing relationships with IDG뭩 largest advertising customers in Europe. Overall, Mr. Myhre spent 14 years in the IDG organization in a number of research, consulting and marketing management positions, including Senior Vice President of IDG research and consulting subsidiary, International Data Corporation (IDC).

Michael Liacko,
Senior Vice President, Corporate Sales

As Senior Vice President, Corporate Sales, Michael W. Liacko oversees customer relationships and sales for Medialive International, Inc. Mr. Liacko has more than 29 years of domestic and global sales executive management experience, focused primarily on the technology and telecommunications sectors. He is a noted expert and lecturer on the subject of strategic account development.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Liacko was responsible for global sales operations for the Media & Entertainment division of Global Crossing. Mr. Liacko also served six years with Sprint Corporation in a variety of management positions. One of his most notable accomplishments was the transformation of a low-producing sales area into the number one ranked market, growing annual revenues from $18 million to over $100 million in less than three years.
