Chris Maeng Pays Visit to New KDJCenter CEO

Chris Maeng, chairman of IPR Group, made a courtesy call on Mr. Hwansup Shin, the new CEO of the Kim Dae Jung Center, early this week.

The center, situated in the southwestern economic city of Gwangju of the Korean peninsula, has emerged as the hub of Korea's MICE industry, and the number of exhibitions and conferences is gradually increasing in the center.

When Maeng visited the exhibition center, the international sports event UNIVERSIADE was under way in the city.

At the meeting, Mr. Shin unveiled his ambitious plans to increase the number of annual fairs the KDJ Center organizes in the region, and the center will begin to organize international trade fairs in other countries.

For such purpose, the center will develop new schemes to bring Korean exhibitors and buyers to the shows the center will hold abroad. In addition, he will invite more global exhibitors and visitors to the events of the center.

In order to achieve the objectives and goals of the center, he wanted to work more closely with IPR Group, saying, "IPR Group is the best partner to expand our global business projects."

Under the mutual agreement, IPR Group will do more businesses with the KDJ Center in the coming years.
