IPR Group dubbed private KOTRA and exhibition Walmart in Korea sealed an MOU agreement with the World Institute of Kimchi of Korea(www.wikim.re.kr) at the conference room of the WiKim in Gwangju on July 7.

Under the agreement, both parties will cooperate with each other in the areas of global marketing, staff education and cooperative business networkings. Now more than 800 Korean Kimchi makers will be served by the WiKim in order to produce the best quality of Kimchi for the world market. The Institute is fully equipped with high tech inspection and testing facilities for top quality Korean traditional food.

Mr. Chris Maeng, IPR chairman, said, "We will maximize our effort to globalize the Korean Kimchi aiming at expanding export markets."

The two parties have already agreed to take part in the international food fairs in Hong Kong and China to help Korean Kimchi makers tap their export markets.
