IPR Forum signed on for the Memorandum Of Understanding with INTERADS Ltd. aiming the mutual cooperation and prosperity between the two companies. At the signing ceremony from 2pm, Chris Maeng, the president of IPR Forum and Rajan Sharma, the managing director of INTERADS Ltd. concluded the MOU in a harmonious atmosphere and there attended Pradhan S. Saran, the former Secretary of the Department of Telecom Services of India and Shashi Bhushan Singh, the vice president of INTERADS.
INTERADS Ltd., with the head office in Delhi, is the biggest exhibition and convention organizer in India holding over 30 international events including Power-gen and Supercomm. It has the nationwide network with the 8 local offices in major cities and maintains good relations with the government. Moreover, the company has lots of respected overseas partners like TIA(Telecom Industry Association of USA).

The story of IPR and INTERADS goes way back to Korea-India IT Industry Forum held in India on Aug 27. While organizing the forum, IPR was in the need of a local agent and INTEADS was the best qualified, and finally, with their help, the forum was a great success.

The MOU, established on the base of the mutual trust, comprises 8 articles including trade & investment, exhibitions & conference, business information, education & training, etc.

With the MOU, IPR Forum, the leading marketing firm in Korea, occupied one more bridgehead in India which has the great potential market. While the multilateral markets are needed under the current depressed mood of US, the MOU is regarded more meaningful than as it is. After the signing ceremony, IPR is expected to be more prominent in governmental and non-governmental businesses among the two countries.
